Mike ran two professional services firms before joining IBM as their resident eVisionary. In 2002, he started StoryMiners, one of the world’s first customer experience design houses. Since then, he’s spent 30,000 hours helping leaders tackle tough, high-stakes problems.
Mike is often asked “Where to?” and “What’s next?” From those challenges came several cool new ways to tackle corporate strategy using customer experience and story.
In addition to being one of the early CCXPs (certified customer experience professionals), he’s also a CSP (certified speaking professional) and CMC (certified management consultant). Mike graduated from Thunderbird/ASU and the University of Florida. He’s spent time in over 100 cities and 26 countries, including two years in Brazil and the former Soviet Union. He works in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Russian.
Mike is developing a variety of distance learning workshops, services, and tours. Please get on the mailing list to find out when new services you might be interested in become available.
